• How long is lead time? Lead time is usually around 2-3 weeks once the contract has been signed however this does not consider holidays such as Christmas.

• What is included in the quote? The quote includes labour costs, material costs, MCS certificate, scaffolding, a handover pack and G98.

• What will you save? Your quote includes information about how much you will save. This is different for every person and is dependent on many factors such as direction of roof, shading, number of panels etc.

• Quotes- Due to high demand stock availability can change very quickly. If this impacts your signed quote we will always get in touch with you to let you know about changes that need to be made. The changes will be like-for-like.

• Seg Payments- You will need to contact your energy supplier to organise this.

• We do not take deposits- We just ask to be paid in full once the installation is complete.

• We provide a free 2-year workmanship guarantee.
